The Challenge

The resort's existing restaurant had lost its identity and was failing to attract both hotel guests and the local community. Revenue was declining and the space felt disconnected from the coastal environment.

Rosa was conceived as a coastal dining destination in its own right — not simply a hotel restaurant. A full rebrand, interior fit-out and menu philosophy refresh positioned Rosa as a must-visit Coolum Beach dining experience with a warm, Mediterranean-inspired identity.

The Outcome

Rosa quickly became one of the most talked-about dining destinations on the Sunshine Coast, driving incremental revenue for the resort and earning strong local patronage well beyond hotel guests.
